Hi! I’m Amy: running and sports performance coach, functional personal trainer, and fitness nutrition specialist serving the Denver metro area. I have been coaching and training for over 10 years and running competitively since I was in junior high school! Being fit and active is truly a way of life. It has made me happier and healthier and it can do the same for you. I am certified in personal training through the American Council on Exercise and in coaching runners through the Run Right Pro certification program.
