HYROX-style training involves interval training for the HYROX race, including running, rowing, ski-erg, burpee broad jumps, sandbag lunges, wall balls, farmer carries, and sled push and pull. Includes complimentary consultation for new clients where we will discuss goals, physical fitness history, diet, limitations, etc.
